From a Food Truck to 4 Locations
It started with one man, one recipe, and a tiny food truck in Al Quoz. Ahmad's grandmother taught him to roll falafel by hand when he was seven. He never forgot. Neither did Dubai.
What started as a weekend hustle became a movement. Lines around the block. Instagram fame. And most importantly: customers who kept coming back because the falafel was just THAT good.
